Evaluate and limit the use of Educational Technology
and Artificial Intelligence

Technology should serve learning — not replace the hands-on, human experiences that students need most. I'll push for responsible, age-appropriate AI and ed-tech limits and objectives developed with input from teachers, specialists, and families.

Prioritize better resources for teachers and support staff

Our schools are only as strong as the people who show up for students every day. Our district needs to retain and recruit quality teachers and support staff. Ensuring competitive pay and benefits and listening to educators when making impactful decisions creates a working environment where teachers and staff feel heard and valued.

Ensure we have thriving Middle Schoolers

Middle school is a pivotal time, and every student deserves engaging, developmentally appropriate learning — no matter which school they attend. I'll work to improve middle schools, expand access to advanced curriculum, strengthen student support programs, and create consistent opportunities for middle schoolers to connect and contribute.

Responsibly steward capital improvement projects

Every dollar spent on our buildings is a dollar entrusted to us by this community, and I'll treat it that way. I'll ensure Capital Improvement Projects are fiscally sound, infrastructure needs are addressed across the division, and student safety is never an afterthought.
